Listings not following policy - Need Help Resolving
"My Listings not following policy" It's a vintage children's books, other sellers are selling on ebay. I have already taken the step to fix and ebay approved my appeal. Then took it down again? Changed the listing again and still they have not made it go live? I can't talk to or email an anyone to figure this out. Does anyone have a solutions...

I can help more if I know the title of the book. I will post generally below, but if you want to share the title I can be more clear.
-- Here is the policy that applies https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/offensive-material-policy?id=4324
“Items with racist, anti-Semitic, or otherwise demeaning portrayals, for example through caricatures or other exaggerated features, including figurines, cartoons, housewares, historical advertisements, and goll iwogsâ€
Books like Little Black Sambo are generally a caricature and not allowed on eBay.
Also there are several Dr Seuss books which Dr Seuss's family pulled from the new market and those books are also not allowed on eBay
Even though you may see other listings, it does not mean the item is allowed.
✓ The other listings you see are like the cars speeding by on the highway. Many will get "pulled over by eBay"... their listing will get pulled down before or after the sale, and they get a serious warning on their account. Or, their account will be closed.
I know it is hard to understand when you see the listings but trust me, sellers who violate policies do get caught.
I know this isn't the answer you want to hear. You can find other marketplaces where you can sell these items.
