listings keep getting removed
Many of my listings are being removed due to alcohol policy of not selling alcohol. My description states EMPTY. The issue is that I am selling EMPTY beer cans and as stated by eBay, 'To prove that a can is empty and no alcohol is being sold, sellers must ensure the listing clearly states the item is empty and provide photos showing the can is empty, such as holes in the can.' eBay does not publicly disclose how many beer can listings were removed that showed holes and stated EMPTY, but removals are based on strict enforcement of the alcohol policy to comply with laws and eBay's User Agreement. Even if your listing states the can is empty and photos show holes to prove it, eBay may still remove the listing if it appears to be selling alcohol products without proper approval. I was told by eBay customer service that AI is removing the listings due to the word 'beer'. Days later and still waiting to be restored.

Mentor5 months agoI just randomly chose one of your listings to check and this one only shows one photo and the photo does not prove it is empty with holes in the can.
