Listings in which the items are not actually in possession of the Seller.

Question

I guess I've fallen victim to a listing in which the Seller doesn't YET have possession of the item -- music CD's -- but wants the sale, hoping the buyer doesn't mind the extra delay in shipping. The Seller showed that he printed a shipping label (in a reasonable period of time following the sale) but tracking doesn't show actual receipt by the post office until a week later. Seems misleading to me. Should I mention it in my feedback?

Sorry for the delay in responding. I never found the "handling time" specified, just the time frame that the item was expected to be delivered. The Seller is still within the time promised. I just think it's disingenuous to print the label one week before it actually ships. I'll assume she sourced the item from some other party since she didn't have it on hand and didn't know the exact time she would receive it. If that's standard operating procedure and acceptable, I'll get off my high horse and go back to worrying about important stuff like what outfit Kristi Noem is wearing today.
