listings hidden for non compliance
I deleted 3 listings. I then changed my mind and re-posted them unchanged. E-Bay now says they violate policy saying they attempt to sell outside E-Bay. After careful review I cannot find any details that violate policy. These listing for my DVDs have been active for over 10 years without issues.
I can't even find a way to delete them now.

Did you copy any text from another website? Websites have hidden html code to protect their copyrighted information, that will cause this type of problem too.

Mentor1 year agoeBay's bots strip out the spaces between words and then look for 7 to 10 digit number strings or "@" signs that may be ways of giving contact information to sell outside of eBay. So look for these kinds of things in your listings. Remember that no humans make these decisions but if you cannot find anything strange you need to contact eBay customer service so a human can look at the listings for any policy violations.
You can contact customer service using this link to bypass the AI questions and ask for a call back: eBay Customer Service Customer service is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific Time.
