Listings hidden because of a policy violation - no way to restore or appeal
I have two listings that have recently been flagged for a Policy Violation for "offering to sell outside of ebay" because the listing included a link to installation instructions. When I attempt to revise the listing from the "policy violation" page, all options are greyed out. I've revised the listings in the standard way, and I still am unable to appeal, ask for a review, or repost. One of these is for an item I've been selling with the same listing for years, and I don't want to lose those metrics. Is there something I'm missing, or another way to appeal? I get an email about the listing every other day, asking me to make changes I'm not permitted to make.
I've attempted to use the "Automated Assistant", but its model truly has no clue what a policy or a violation might be. Ebay will not allow me to contact them directly, only to scream into this specific void.

Apparently all I had to do was post this message, because eBay JUST fixed it...after weeks.
Hooray!
