Listings dissapearing from my store.Called eBay Girl said she needed item number.no item no number
I have lost at least a couple hundred listing's. DEPRESSING. Overwhelmed at having to find pictures . take new pictures.weigh, measurments .Doing new listings.will take months just to find all items missing .Over last two days all my lamps dissapeared. My listing have gone down by about 5 more since this morning. I dont know how to find listing that are gone. The ones I am relisting,I'm afraid they will just dissapeared. Talked to two e bay reps. NO HELP. They kept saying nothing wrong in my store.The second girl said she can not do anything if I dont give her item numbers. How can I do that if item is gone. I have approx 1600 item is store. about 4 months ago started paying for the ten thousand item store,had 1500 items then .It still has not went up to 1700.Im sure i have aded at least 300 to 600 items since I started paying higher price. wondering if I should remove all but a thousand items and then just pay for the 1000 items store.Any help?
