Listings disappeared after accepting offers

Question

Hi. I just accepted 4 offers on 4 different items for one buyer. Two of the items are not showing in my solds, waiting payment or active listings. They just disappeared. Is there any other place I can look? I messaged the buyer to see if they see the purchased items on their end. Haven't heard back from them yet.

Thank you for your help.

This is a special situation that happens when:

Seller sends an offer to watchers
Buyer counter-offers that amount
Seller accepts the buyer's counter-offer

In this situation, the item isn't marked sold and awaiting payment.

If the buyer comes back and pays, then it is sold.

Meanwhile your item is available to all buyers.

If you wish, you can message the buyer to let them know you accepted their offer (in case they missed the notification.

Even though you accepted the offers, they are still available to others. Who ever pays first gets the item.
