Listings disappear
Ok , so we pay for 1000 listings a month. They were just renewed today. We have not posted ANYTHING today to use up any of those 1000 spots...yet 2 are gone. We have 998 now. This happens ALL the time throughoutthe month. Anyone else having an issue like this?

You have over 3,000 listings. Each good til cancelled listing uses an insertion each month when it renews.
You get 1,000 listings in any category, plus up to 10,000 more in select categories. This is total listings, not new listings. The 1,000 are used first. If you have items not in the select categories that renew later in the month, you will be charged $.30 each when they renew.
