listings are pulled

Question

I am trying to sell a DVD, but the listing keeps being removed because it speaks of the AR-15. My two appeals were denied, yet the identical item is listed by others on eBay

If the DVD is instructions for the AR-15 it's not allowe.

Firearms policy

The following are not allowed:

- Firearms of any type

- Parts and accessories for assault weapons, including blueprints and instructions

- Any part or accessory not following local law

- Firearm receivers, even if incomplete

- Ammunition for firearms, including bullets, cartridges, casings, shells, and hulls

Even though you may see other listings, it doesn't mean the item is allowed.

âœ“ The other listings you see are like the cars speeding by on the highway. Many will get "pulled over by eBay"... their listing will get pulled down before or after the sale, and they get a serious warning on their account. Or, their account will be closed.

I know it is hard to understand when you see the listings but trust me, sellers who violate policies do get caught.
