Listing's are not showing shipping options, local collection only

I have 7 listings, all were created with UPS Ground as the only shipping option (I live in Hawaii, USPS is too slow, I mean weeks) using ebay's calculate shipping. All weights and dimensions are included in the listing.

Yesterday, one of them said "Contact buyer for selling quote" the rest had "Local pick up only". No shipping options were given.

I revised the listings with no effect. I've taken out local pick up (I doubt anyone's going to fly to Kauai to pick it up!) but they still showed as local pickup only.

Today they are all showing contact seller, seller has not specified a shipping method, probably because I revised them(?)

Is it mandatory to offer at least one USPS service?

Anyone have any ideas?
