Recently all of my listings do not display the "BUY IT NOW" option indicating to me, that buyers cant buy my items!
naturally I would like this corrected. Need your help. what should I do"

This is a recent change by eBay... when you look at your own listings, you won't see those buttons, but anyone else can. You can test it yourself by logging out of your account and looking at the listings.
Here is your newest listing when I look at. I can see the buttons
If you don't like this change, you can use the ? on your listings to send feedback or report a technical problem.
