Listing won't post--software error with shipping.

I have a listing that won't post. It appears that there is a software error that won't recognize my shipping options and it has me in a loop that won't post the listing. What do I do?

@crai.moh It sounds like you may be opted in to the new Ship With eBay Program.

You just need to enter the package weight and dimensions and choose if you want to ship with Free Shipping ( YOU PAY) or if you want to charge the buyer shipping.

eBay shipping labels cost less than at the post office. You also have seller protection for the sale when you use eBay shipping labels.

Just be sure to use the eBay label as you will not be able to enter the tracking for an offsite label which will cause extra delays for your payout.

What shipping option did you select, and what are the weight and dimensions of the package? If ebay won't accept that information, did you try changing the shipping option?
