Listing won’t let buyer ship to ca

Question

I have a few listings here and there they will not let buyers from California shipped to themselves when they put in their shipping address. It does not allow them to complete the purchase. Is there a setting? I’m missing or something????

You have a lot of items that do not have the correct shipping info entered - either weight or dimensions. When a buyer tries to purchase one of these, he gets a message that you may not ship to his location.

It looks like only about 100 of your items have the correct shipping info. You’ll need to edit the rest to correct the data. Do you use business policies? If so there is something wrong in the shipping policy. If not, have you used bulk edit? If you need them, we can provide step by step instructions to use bulk edit.

You have many items -- more than half of your current listings -- that have "no shipping specified".

See here, and scroll down. Items at the top have shipping specified, those at the bottom and the next pages do not:
