I left off entire name, so she bid on second item of mine. If I send her second item, she'll contact me only wanting her money returned. She did exactly the same thing before and did not send merchandise back. How do I handle this situation?

When a buyer opens a return, you wait for the item to come back before refunding. If you refund first, the buyer has no incentive or obligation to return it.

If you don't complete the sale but cancel the transaction instead, you'll earn a defect on your seller record. You don't want that to happen.
