Listing Vitamins
Can someone please tell me why I can't sell an item, but there are other multiple listing for the same item. I have even used there listing and I still get it removed

Mentor2 weeks agoHere is the policy, that may help a little. Know that in some cases you must seek approval by Ebay to post in these categories.

OP2 weeks agoI was following all guidelines, took pictures of exp date , Stated they were new sealed . Got taken down twice.

Mentor2 weeks agoOh, don't do that. The initial email you got notifying you that the listing was removed also told you NOT to list it again. You are risking further sanctions by Ebay doing this. You should never do this unless you have clear guidelines as to what was wrong with the initial listing and you had completely resolved those issues. Ebay takes this very seriously, so I hope you won't try listing it again or you may get a forced vaca from selling or worse.

What was the policy that was quoted when the listing was removed?
Even though you may see other listings, it doesn't mean the item is allowed.
✓ It's a bit like speeding; you're not allowed to do it, but not everyone gets caught. You're still not allowed to do it, though.
Those sellers are risking their accounts by listing these items, and that can catch up with them at any time.
I know it is hard to understand when you see the listings but trust me, sellers who violate policies do get caught. Their listing will get pulled down before or after the sale, and they get a serious warning on their account. Or, their account will be closed.
