Listing Violation

Question

I sell used perfumes for many years. I have one perfume said it is in violation (Prohibited Cosmetics Policy) and I do not understand what part of it is in violation? Can someone point me in the right direction to revise it correctly? The category is under other Perfume Collectibles so it can be used and this one is actually in original package.

eBay does not allow the sale of partially used perfumes.

Do Not try to list the item that was removed, if it is removed again your account can be restricted. Now that the system has removed, and given you a policy violation, one of your used perfumes you may want to remove any others you have listed. Just because you have not had an item removed until now does not mean you can sell them, you just had not been caught by the system yet.

Now that you have one violation the system may look at the rest of your listings for similar items. Adding multiple more violations can significantly harm your account.

You can sell collectible perfume bottles but they must be either full or empty.
