Listing Validity
Trying to figure out if a listing is valid. When I click on the seller information it says it can't find the seller but the listing is still up. https://www.ebay.com/itm/255637849595

Mentor1 year agoThe seller appears to have a good history selling similar items, but there is something wrong with the profile and feedback pages -- they do not load at all. And I cannot see the seller's items for sale using the regular links, though I managed to find some other items for sale by that seller through other means.
I am able to put one of the seller's items in my cart, so it does not appear that the seller is suspended or on "Time away".

OP1 year agoOk, thank you. I wanted to reach out to them and ask a question about the item. It doesn't appear that is possible.

Mentor1 year agoHave you tried using the "contact" link in the listing? It brings up a window to contact the seller that appears to be working. Might be worth a shot.

OP1 year agoIt gives me an immediate error on mobile, on the web it acts like it will send a message but then fails with the message "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again later."

Mentor1 year agoAh, it appears that the seller info is not being filled in to the contact form -- likely connected to the profile and feedback pages not loading.
I would suggest adding the listing to your Watch List and checking back periodically to see if the seller info loads again; it may just be a temporary issue.

Mentor1 year agoThursday is the day ebay does its maintenance on the system, so different parts of ebay goes wonky at different times. Try accessing that area again later.
