Listing Unisex Items
I just had great difficulties with a customer who received an item (a designer belt) from me . Though I did not describe the belt as either a men’s or women’s belt, the auction listing was placed under the category MEN’S ACCESSORIES. (The item could be worn by a man or a woman, and there is no UNISEX category.) The customer said the item was defective because to him it looked like a women’s belt. (It was clearly not a women’s belt.)
Is there any way to create a UNISEX category so that there is no such confusion in future listings?
