Listing Traffic History
In Manage Active Listings, when I click on the number of views for an item, the Listing Traffic History window comes up showing the last 30 days of traffic history; however it's off by a day. The last entry shows as yesterday's date instead of today's. If I switch to the last 7 day history view, it shows the last entry correctly as today's date. See the screen shots below (the screen shots were taken on 1/25/24):
Anyone else having this issue? I've sent a couple of messages to eBay about this issue, but have not received any response. I had originally posted this question in the Seller Tools Forum back on 1/25/24, but have not received any replies.
Also, is there a way to change a setting somewhere so that when I click on views, the Last 7 Days Listing History comes up automatically instead of the Last 30 Days? 99% of the items I sell are 7 Day Auction items so I don't need to see a 30 day history. Thanks for any info.
