Listing thumbnail photo cut off in Safari
Something happened recently where the thumbnail photos in a listing are being cutoff. This is happening in Safari. Seems like a technical glitch. It makes our products look distorted and unidentifiable. Please fix!

eBay has two different pages, one with thumbnails on the left, and one with thumbnails across the bottom.
I can reproduce this issue by setting a smaller display mode that forces the page with thumbs across the bottom. Are you using a laptop or tablet?
Another member had this problem with all browsers except Edge.

OP3 years agoAfter more research I have determined this is only happening with listings that have more than one photo. Listings with only one photo are not cut off so this is clearly a glitch on eBay’s end.
This is happening when I use my iPad.

Do you see the same thing using another browser?
Are you using any browser add-ons? It might be worth temporarily disabling them to see if that affects how those images appear.

Mentor3 years agoYour thumbnails look fine to me, and I'm using Chrome on a Windows 10 computer.
