Listing Templates not Inserting Properly
I am experiencing an issue using my listing templates. They are inserting at the top of the listing description and not where the curser is. Has this been reported to eBay? I can't figure out how to to it and don't have an hour to navitage the help menus!

Mentor1 year ago@myminiatureaddiction I just checked on Chrome and I am experiencing the same thing.
Click on the ? mark on the lower right hand side of most pages and report the technical issue. This is the best way to report the problem as it goes right to the correct team.

OP1 year agoThank you. I just saw your response and I will try this. I spent about an hour on the phone reporting the issue the other day and just got some bogus response. SMH.

Mentor1 year agoYes, the phone agents just read from scripts. They mean well, but many just don't really know HOW the site works.
