Listing sold for hundreds below Listing Price
Hi, I had an item listed for sale for few hundred dollars and I’m pretty sure I had offers turned off, it was an item I was confident would sell for the listed price. The listing was then sold for less than $50 including shipping and I have no idea how it happened. And the sold details didn’t say an offer was accepted. I’m very concerned about how this happened. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m going to try and call eBay customer service to see if they can find out/tell me anything

Was it the Swan's Daughter? Checking your sold listings, I see that one as the only one that sold by a Best Offer.

It sounds like you may have had automatic offers turned on. Use the website to turn them off easily.
You can find the listings with Automatic offers on here
https://www.ebay.com/sh/mktv2/offers
Selected Automated on the right hand drop down list
https://www.ebay.com/sh/mktv2/offers?status=ENABLED&size=25
Click the boxes beside the offers you want to end
Click End Automation in the upper right (it appears after you have selected one or more listings)
Check any future offers you send to confirm the switch is OFF as shown here:
Once you have de-selected sending offer automatically a few times, it will "stick" and work on the offers sent by phone app too.
If this doesn't answer, use eBay's social media customer service to get assistance

Just sent a private message to the page explaining what happened.
