Listing "Sizing" Violations are an Error and Cannot Appeal -
Not sure if related to AI but I had multiple items removed today for sizing violations.
The tops were womens 7/8 as stated on the TAGS and shown in the photos.
THe boots are size 38 EU it is not a USA manufacturer and the US size is 7.5 to 8 so does not convert to s single digit.
I appealed mentioning it would be a false ad if I changed the size.
The responses to the appeal received within minutes suggesting AI perhaps.
Can no longer easily get them on the phone.
How are we to fix a violation if it was not clearly one?
