listing says we do not except return's. I never received $ how 2 refund
All my ads say we do not except return's. eBay has purchaser's funds on hold. Why am I suppoded to come out of pocket, when eBay has the buyers money on hold. And it states that we do not except return's. Buyer said discription was wrong and item was damaged during shipping. Buyer says I intentionally did so to commit fraud. My satisfaction rating is 100% satisfied. I excepted the return. Buyer was contacted and return was excepted. I have not received any funds from eBay. And I feel I should not have to pay out of Pocket. Anyone? I have never had a return and don't understand why money should come out of my business account, the money is just sitting there, give it back to the buyer.

Mentor2 years agoA seller's "no return" policy only applies to "remorse" returns.
If the buyer files a "not as described" return within thirty days, eBay's money back guarantee applies.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in and refund the buyer directly from the seller's funds.
Money that is being held cannot be moved or refunded, so if you need to make a refund, you will need another source for those funds.
