Listing says "sold" but there was no "buy now" button, I expected an auction
I posted an item properly I think, but suddenly it says "sold" for just over half the amount similar items have sold for, and I emailed the buyer, what's up, their phone is no good. I'm not about to print a shipping label, right! how did this happen? It seems Ebay has no support for issues like this.

Mentor2 weeks agoDon't bother the buyer. Ship the item as required.
Nothing wrong happened. Your item sold per the "Buy It Now".
You listed it as an auction with the BIN option which the buyer used. As stated, your starting bid price was $37.99, MUCH less than the buy it now. If there was only one bidder, you would have had to sell it for the minimum bid price of $37.99.
