listing renew insertion fee
I haven't noticed this before because I've only recently increased activity and used more of my monthly free insertions.
I used fixed-price good-til cancel listings. Ebay explains that, for some reason, they "renew" these listings monthly. I now see that an insertion fee is assessed for this renewal process. The item isn't being "inserted." Ebay for some reason touches the listing monthly. These insertions fees are not disclosed. How can I dispute these undisclosed fees?

·3 years agoRelistings and autorenewals are insertions. They are inserted again. Sometimes relistings of auction listings are exempt from insertion fees (usually for new sellers using the simpler listing form) but usually not. Fixed-price listings always use up a free basic insertion or incur a fee for excess insertions or optional upgrades
And it is disclosed:
After you've used your zero insertion fee allowance, insertion fees are:
. . .
Charged for the original listing and each time you choose to relist your item [free relistings are mostly, or at least originally, for situations where the option to turn off automatic relisting is not given to the seller on the form s/he uses]
. . .
Good 'Til Cancelled listings are fixed price listings that renew automatically once per calendar month. We charge an insertion fee and applicable optional listing upgrade fees when you list your item for the first time, and each time it renews. These listings count towards your monthly zero insertion fee listings. Fee amounts are based on the terms in effect when the listing goes live and when it renews.
