Listing removed while others have same item listed.
Why would my listing be removed for being Offensive while there are over a dozen of the exact same item listed by other sellers? I appealed and specifically asked why mine was singled out while the others remain listed. They denied my appeal but would not explain why they don't remove all items. How do you get E-Bay to not discriminate against you?

What is the item you listed? I can help you understand the policy.
Or eBay Item Number for a similar listing that is still listed.
Even though you may see other listings, it doesn't mean the item is allowed.
✓ It's a bit like speeding, you're not allowed to do it but some people do. Not everyone gets caught. You're still not allowed to do it though.
Those sellers are risking their accounts by listing these items and that can catch up with them at any time.
I know it is hard to understand when you see the listings but trust me, sellers who violate policies do get caught, and can lose their accounts.

This is the same item I listed. Didn't realize it was not allowed because I found dozens of them whilke researching prices. Thank you.

The listing you linked is against policy and will likely get pulled soon.

“Items with racist, anti-Semitic, or otherwise demeaning portrayals, for example through caricatures or other exaggerated features, including figurines, cartoons, housewares, historical advertisements, and goll iwogsâ€
The chalkware items are caricatures of people.
I know this isn't the answer you want to hear. You can find other marketplaces where you can sell these items.
