Listing removed due to mistaken policy violation/recall
Hi. eBay pulled one of my two auctions for Pop Mart Labubu plush toys. They claimed that it violated the policy on recalled items. However, what I had listed were authentic Pop Mart Labubu items. They were bought from Pop Mart, and opened and verified as authentic by myself using the qr codes included with them. The producr recall is in the UK, and it pertains to fake/bootleg Labubu items. eBay denied my appeal. Oddly, one of my listings is still up and running, as are all other Labubu related auctions across the site. And, since I cannot speak to an actual human being at eBay proper, it seems I am meant to suffer at the hands of their inept AI "safeguards". Any advice?
