listing removed by AI
my perfume listing was cancelled saying it was in violation of their cosmetic policy. It is a new item without the box. I've sold many bottles and am mindful of the rules. The contents are in original packaging/ bottle. Furthermore, it kept my other listing up, which is also new without box. I also can't get anyone with a pulse to help - since the AI keeps repeating their policies. What gives? Is this just a one-off thing? Help! TIA
