Listing removed after purchase
The listing where I bought my item was removed after my purchase due to policy violations. I tried to cancel the order and was denied. Recieve error message when item is attempted to be tracked. Delivery date has came and went. Ebay refuses to contact me or provide information. What do I do?@linkstomembers

·1 year agoJust go to your Purchase History, and you should see an option to click if you haven’t received your item (assuming the estimated delivery date has passed). If the seller does not respond after a few days, go back to the case and click the option to ask eBay to step in.

Regardless of what happened with the listing you are STILL covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee and can file a claim that you did not receive the item: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

Mentor1 year agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
