Listing removed
Ebay removed the listing, now I can't report it. They took my money and didn't send the merchandise. How can you contact ebay to report that the item was never received.

You are still covered by eBay's money back guarantee.
Here is what eBay says about removed listings:
If you haven't paid for the item, you won't need to. The item should've been removed from your purchase history. We encourage you to look for a similar item from a different seller.
If you already paid for the item, please follow these steps:
If you receive your item, but want to return it, you can request a refund."
