Listing Removed – Seeking Clarification on eBay's Prescription & OTC Drug Policy
Hi everyone,
My listing was recently removed for allegedly violating eBay’s policy on prescription and over-the-counter drugs. However, I’m confused because other sellers are offering the exact same product—and even making medical claims—while my listing did not include any such claims.
I provided eBay with detailed information about the product, including documentation from the FDA confirming that it is classified as a cosmetic item (L-Carnitine in 5 ml ampoules for topical use). Despite this, my appeal was denied.
Has anyone experienced something similar or have advice on how to proceed? I’d appreciate any guidance or insight.
