Summary: bossbullion shared their frustration about their eBay account being suspended after listings of silver maple leaf coins with specific images were removed. Despite other sellers having similar listings, their account was first suspended for 3 days and now for 7 days, with only partial responses to their appeals. They are seeking feedback from others who may have experienced similar issues with eBay.
Listing pulled down and account suspended. I have had several of the silver maple leaf coins with the sexy lady images on them posted for months with no problems. No sex or nudity. There are several dealers out there with the same coins listed. I had some of my listing pulled and my account suspended for 3 days about a month ago. I appealed all the the listing and ebay reversed about 3 of them and did not even respond to the rest. Now they pulled several more that they did not seem to care about last time and suspended my account for 7 days. And once again lots of the same coin are still out there by other dealers. Is anyone else having this problem? If so have you been able get ebay to help out at all?

DO NOT list those coins again and take down any you still have listed. Another violation will likely end your eBay selling ability.
Once eBay removes an item it should not be listed again or you risk having it pulled again and as you found out your account will be suspended for repeat violations. Since you have now had 2 suspensions for the same violation the next one will likely result in a permanent ban from selling.
If other sellers also have the same item it does not mean they can be sold, the system has not caught them yet or they have been listed following whatever policy yours were removed due to.
