Why when I state that I have a 30 day return policy as required by eBay it still flags me and wont let me list.

Why when I state that I have a 30 day return policy as required by eBay it still flags me and wont let me list.

You have three different return policies on your current listings, No returns, 30 day seller pays for returns, and 30 days, seller pays for return shipping and if you use an eBay shipping label, it will be deducted from your refund amount, which only applies to remorse returns, not for not as described reasons. You should just stick with the middle one.
