Listing on Ebay trouble shooting
Why does it say I have to wait seven days to list an item? When I haven't listed nothing in the past two weeks and both orders I did list sold and they were very one hundred percent satisfied

It sounds like you may have hit your selling limit for the month. All sellers have selling limits on the number of items and a dollar amount they can list and or sell each month. New or infrequent sellers can have low limits to start. You can see your limit and find more information about seller limits here:
