Listing offered free shipping, seller charged shipping.

I purchased an item last week by submitting a best offer. Seller accepted and sale was automatically processed. The listing title stated FREE SHIPPING. The seller charged shipping. I inquired if this was an error, and the reply was "ebay ai updates titles so I apologize if it was worded wrong".

Should I file a claim? If I was the seller I would refund the shipping charge.

Go to the listing and scroll down to the shipping details. Does it show Free Shipping there? That is what ebay goes by when sending the message/invoice.
