Listing of someone that has 1 feedback and using the same picture and selling the same used lego set

I wanted to bid on a Lego set . The seller has 3 listing where he has sold the same used set 2 time and listed another in a short time period having a little different description but using the same picture . You canâ€™t have used sets that look identical in bags . His feed back is one . How does EBay let that .

New sellers tend to get more scammers than actual buyers, so they do have to keep relisting the same item (our advice to them is to use Buy It Now set to Immediate Payment only, no auction, no Best Offer).

You would be protected by the Money Back Guarantee, unless s/he "accidentally" mislisted it in a category that isn't covered by the MBG (check right column of the listing to make sure it's covered; if not then you do have a scammer) so you might want to give the newbie a chance.
