Listing not showing in search.
Listing not showing up in search. It's been over 17 hours now since the item was listed. Been selling on ebay for about 20 years buying and selling off and on. Never had this issue. Repeated search attempts with different key words and can't find the listing and is showing zero views. Do I have to wait a full 24 hours before I contact customer service? The automated chat was no help. Thanks for any help.

Mentor3 years agoNew listings can take up to 24 hours; if you revise a listing it goes to the back of the line again.
It does not always take the full 24 hours, but it can, particularly for items in new or fraud-prone categories.
If it has been 24 hours since the last revision, post an item number so others can check to see if there are other problems with the listing.
