Listing multiples
I have listed an item I have multiples of, but the quantity I entered is not showing. I have tried several times, and it just isn't working. What am I doing wrong?

Mentor11 months ago@b-ford-2008 Are you aware that each quantity is going to be for a cup, saucer, and plate set? Just want to make sure.
Now for the quantity problem....
Make sure that the option to allow buyers to see how many items are left is toggled in account settings>

That might be why it's not showing on the listing.
If that's not the problem then try this>
Are you using the Advanced Listing Tool in Seller Hub? Opt in to Seller Hub here> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ovw
Then try to create a NEW listing.
Also you are going to run into issue with buyers not being charged enough in shipping if you don't use combined shipping rules
I am winding down for the night so see this post I made a couple of years ago that has the basics of how to shipping rules. https://community.ebay.com/t5/Shipping/Just-making-a-Post-that-I-can-refer-sellers-to-for-combined/m-p/33519181#M438020
You can choose to charge a flat rate for the first set and X amount for each additional. Or calculated.
NOTE that if you choose to use a calculated rule that it only combines weights and not dimensions. You will go over 1 cubic foot will have a dimensional weight surcharge.

Mentor11 months agoIs it a Fixed Priced listing?
What is the Item Number if it is up now?
b-ford-2008
OP11 months agoYes, it is a fixed price listing. eBay item number: 326751960637

OP11 months agoI finally did two different listings, until I can get this figured out.

Mentor11 months agoDon't see any reason you can't have a quantity of more than one.
Did you try to revise the listing?
Did you try to increase the quantity from the Seller Hub>Active Listings?
b-ford-2008
OP11 months agoWell, I am completely baffled, because I have tried numerous times to revise the listing to show multiples, and it just isn't working.
