listing limit
Ebay has put a limit on the number of items I can list. It has been 2 months and I can't list any items. I had over 150 active listings at the beginning of this time but they have expired and won't even autorenew, so now I have zero active listings. I don't know what to do or how to even appeal this. My feedback is 100% and I've been a member since 2001. I've bought and sold 100s of items on here over the years.

If eBay has suddenly limited the number of items you can list, then likely your account is missing some critical information, or else some information has expired and needs to be updated. Contact eBay customer service to find out what information you need to provide to get your limit raised to a reasonable level.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant that you reach from the Help & Contact page to request a chat with an agent or a call back.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
