Listing keeps getting flagged for "Enabling infringement policy"
Summary: ifix96 is facing issues with listings for Nintendo Switch bundles being flagged for "Enabling infringement policy" despite them being OEM with some modifications like rehoused Joycons and upgraded joysticks. After appealing and receiving denials without explanations, ifix96 discovered that removing the descriptions stopped the flags, indicating a specific phrase or word in the descriptions was triggering the issue.
I've been trying to list a pair of Nintendo Switch bundles on my account, and both have been repeatedly flagged for "Enabling infringement policy". Neither of them are modded in any way that would allow piracy, copying games, playing off flash carts, etc. I've appealed each listing twice and within an hour, both appeals have been denied with no further explanation. Both Nintendo Switches are OEM, any outside of some replaced Joy Con shells and joysticks, are essentially stock. Can someone help clue me in on what might be triggering the flag for these listings?

Description:
Here's a complete Nintendo Switch System with everything you need to jump right into your favorite games. Everything has been cleaned, tested, and the console has been initialized.
The Joycons have been rehoused in a transparent green to blue fade shell, the buttons have been swapped for a completely white set, and the joysticks have been upgraded to TMR units with white sticks. They've got a retro modded look with sticks that'll never drift.
The power supply, dock, HDMI cable, Joycon grip and rails are all OEM Nintendo branded items.
Please refer to the listing photos for an accurate representation of this bundles condition; feel free to reach out with any questions!

The Joycons have been rehoused in a transparent green with matte plastics, retaining the OEM black buttons, and the joysticks have been upgraded to Hall Effect units. They've got a retro modded look with sticks that'll never drift.
The backplate of this Switch has been swapped for a full aluminum plate, giving the system a more premium feel. In addition, the cooling pipe has been thermally attached, allowing the system to generally run cooler.

Mentor1 month ago@ifix96 Are you copying text from another site or chat gpt etc... to use in your description? If yes then there is hidden HTML code that can cause issues. You would need to filter it through a program like Notepad that strips the HTML
If you post the description here then I can try to see what keywords might be upsetting the bots.

OP1 month agoFor reference, I was able to get the listings to get these listings to stop triggering the flags by removing the descriptions. Still don't know what specific wording was triggering the flags, but it was definitely a phrase or word in the description.
