I am new to eBay … I started listing items and was able to take three or four pictures and everything was generated for me. Now when I go to list An item I have to start some scratch. How do I go back into AI mode….. I also noticed if I charge a flat rate for shipping and let’s just say it’s $6.99 when I go to create a label, I see that the buyer has paid less than the flat rate I entered…why is that? Thank you

Mentor5 months agoI went to one of your sold listings, and changed my zip code from 92802 to 10010, and the shipping price changed. Therefore, you are using Calculated shipping, and not flat rate shipping.
