The ones i am wanting to delete are well finnished and have no information in them...I cant even find a way to rename the old named folder to a recently named folder... A good example are the 2 military medal bars sent this week. He left feedback but i want to make a folder for his messages....I cannot seen to do it and it is very frustrating...OIO
If you are talking about eBay Messages, they are deleted after a year. It's not a good place to store messages.
I save and organize the eBay Messages I want to keep in my email account. (I get a duplicate copy in email.)
If you are talking about listings, your sold listings should be in Orders. If they are still showing in active listings with a quantity of 0, there is a setting to fix.
CAn you tell me more about what you are wanting to do?
Click "Time Left" at the top of the column and they will sort time order Click again and they will sort in the opposite order.
or
Click "Start Date" at the top of the column and they will sort from the date listed Click again and they will sort in the opposite order.
- If you don't have a "Start Date" column, click "Customize table" in the upper mid right - Check the box to add the "Start Date" column to your list of active listings.
