Listing issue for Samsung Galaxy A16
Dear eBay Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I recently attempted to create a new listing on eBay for a brand new Samsung Galaxy A16, but the listing was not approved and displayed the following message:
“This Samsung phone is not approved for sale in Canada and cannot be listed on eBay. {e285002-1254646x}â€
We would like to clarify that the Samsung Galaxy A16 is a Canadian model, sold through authorized Canadian carriers such as Bell, Rogers, and Telus, and includes a built-in IC Certification code.
The device details are as follows:
• Hardware Version Identification Number (HVIN): SM-A166W
This device is a standard consumer smartphone and does not include any hidden recording or transmission functions. The listing complies with eBay policies and Canadian regulatory requirements.
We kindly request your assistance to either reactivate the listing or temporarily allow editing access, so that we may update the required compliance fields as needed.
Additionally, we would appreciate your guidance on how we can successfully complete the listing or what changes are required to modify the listing for approval. Please kindly advise.
Thank you very much for your time and support. Please let us know if any additional information or documentation is required.
Kind regards,
