Listing Isn't Showing Up

Tried creating listing twice, still not showing up. Need customer service rep to contact me and help me with my listing please, thank you!

Once you submit a listing, it can take up to 24 hours for the new listing to go through the queue to be indexed and therefore searchable. If you revise the listing, it goes to the back of the line to start all over again.
