Listing incorrect on item that just sold

Hi I have a listing that states the item is copper but the item is actually brass. It wouldn't be an issue but someone paid for the item and when I went to ship it that is when I realized the information was incorrect. I have reached out to the buyer but haven't received a response. I have not processed the order yet as I was hoping to get a response from the buyer. What would you suggest I do? Message the buyer and tell them I am refunding the money and relisting the item correctly if they would like to purchase it? Wait for the buyer to message me? Please advise ASAP!
