Listing Does Not Appear In Searches
I created a listing and it did not appear in searches. I tried changing the title and removed all special characters. It still would not show in searches. I deleted the listing and created a new listing and it still won't show in a search. I have created dozens of listings and never had this problem. My account shows as having no problems. The listing is for Civil War Reunion Ribbons.

-First, it can take up to 24 hours for a new listing to index before being visible.
-In 11 years of Selling I have never once searched for my own items after I listed them ... I'm quite honestly not sure why people feel they have to do that??? I have searched for a few listings over the years well after they were listed and as part of answering a question or testing with some other members.
-How are you searching and what search engine are you using? The reason I ask is that Google search apparently has a reluctance to showing listings (from many sites) if they use Calculated shipping.
-Your listings have a mix of Free shipping and chargeable shipping (Calculated or Flat rate).

OPSep 11, 2026 at 1:34 PMThe reason I searched my own listing was after 24 hours I had zero hits. I used the search bar within eBay and I searched by key word and by category. Thanks for your help🙄

New listings can take up to 24 hours from the last revision to be indexed and appear in search. Items in military categories may be subject to additional checks.
Revising or deleting and relisting will only delay things further.
If it has been more than 24 hours since the last revision, please provide an item number so that someone can check on the item listing.
