You need to offer 30 day Free Returns on that item just like you do on the Tundra Tail Light housings. That is eBay's policy for automotive P&A category.  The setting is on the listing tool near the bottom.

Using the No returns accepted setting on your other items is NOT protection against returns. eBay has numerous reasons that bypass that return policy forcing YOU to pay for a return shipping label and refunding once you get the item back.
