When you list it without a Reserve you promise to sell it for as low as the Starting Price a/k/a Starting Bid. (For that matter when you list it with a Reserve you promise to sell it for as low as the Reserve Price, and to pay the high Reserve Price fee no matter the outcome of the listing). YOU set the minimum price and you don't get to say that a sale for at least that much is not enough because you were hoping for more.

If you need more money start your auctions at your minimum price.
