Please can someone define USED? I have Pandora charms listed as “usedâ€. If there is nothing for me to point out like there is no damage to the item, it is in great wearable order it is purely just pre owned. Does this mean that normal wear and tear on a pre owned item is to be expected. I have a pre owned charm that an interested buyer asked if it had any marks or wear on it. It’s pre owned so there has to be wear. Asked if I took a poor photo or has tge charm changed colour. Nothing wrong with the photo, it’s very clear and no blurring. What am i missing here?
